Title: Homemade Pizza
Categories: Pizza
Yield: 6 Servings

1 1/4 Active Baker's Yeast; package
1 Sugar
1 1/4 Warm Water/110-115 Degrees
1/4 Vegetable oil
1 Salt
3 1/2 All-purpose flour
1/2 Ground beef
1 Onion; chopped
15 Tomato sauce
1 Dried oregano
1 Dried basil
1 Green pepper; diced
2 Mozzarella cheese; shredded

In large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water; let stand for 5 min. Add oil and salt. Stir in flour, a cup at a time, to form soft dough. Turn onto floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, about 2-3 min. Place in greased bowl, tuning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 min. Meanwhile, brown beef and onion; drain. Punch dough down; divide in half. Press each into a greased 12" pizza pan. Combine the tomato sauce, oregano and basil; spread over each crust. Top with beef mixture, green pepper and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
